Everything Bared by Kristine Cayne

Everything Bared (Six-Alarm Sexy, #2)Everything Bared by Kristine Cayne
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

The best thing about Kristine Cayne's books is her characters. She has the ability to create these people in her stories that make you like them, love them, and be happy and sad for them. And of course I always love the woman who dares not to conform. Dani is my kind of girl. She is not refined or sophisticated, but she is the best thing that will ever happen to anyone who has the luck to cross her path. She knows what she wants and goes after it, despite what it makes others think of her. Will is everything Dani is not. He has his life planned down to the smallest details, and he is afraid to deviate from that plan. He knows what he wants, but not what he needs.

If opposites attract, Will does not stand a chance with Dani around. Their relationship is precarious, but they have this amazingly steamy chemistry that almost caused my Kindle to sweat! Whether they are fighting, teasing, or loving, Dani and Will burn up the pages. Add that to the humor and suspense written in, and you've got everything you need for a great story.

I love Kristine Cayne's writing and am looking forward to more from this series.

One Less Warlock by Judith Post

One Less Warlock by Judith Post My rating: 4 of 5 stars I think it's hard in a short story to create a unique setting, characters, etc., and still get some sort of story line in. In One Less Warlock, Judith did an excellent job of molding the story in such a way that we got a taste of a distinct world and character personalities, and a complete story to go with it. In this short story Judith was able to pack in witches, vampires, a sexy Were, succubus, voodoo, murder, and mystery, all in only about 20 pages. Pretty amazing. I enjoyed the story and Babet, the main character, and am looking forward to more of her in the future. View all my reviews
