It's no secret to anyone who knows me that I absolutely adore anything shifty, with werewolves being at the top of my shift list. There are, however, certain things a good werewolf book needs to keep me happy…Cade, the first book in the Le Beau Brothers series, most definitely kept me happy.

The first thing I need in a good werewolf book is…a werewolf.  Cade is the thing fantasies are made of.  Imagine now if that fantasy walked into a diner where you were having lunch.  Priceless.  Cade has been alone for a long time, and finding Anna was literally a dream come true for him.  He loved her as she was and made her feel safe and sexy.  You really can't ask for more than that.  But, Cade is so much more.

The next thing I need in a good werewolf book is a strong female lead.  Anna is single after a long but loveless marriage.  She made the decision that she needed to find happiness and went after it.  She didn't sit around being miserable and complaining because her life was not what she wanted it to be.  And her fantasy man...dreams do come true!  I do happen to have a wonderful, loving husband, but EVERY girl needs a fantasy man like Cade.  Seriously.

Last but not least, every good werewolf book needs a sequel. The best part of this book…Cade has SIX brothers! Six more books full of fun, sexy wolfiness for my reading pleasure. I can't wait! In this book we were introduced to some of the characters who will be up and coming in the future books; however, this was a standalone, as I understand each book in the series will be. It doesn't get much better than that.
