Rock Addiction by Nalini Singh

Rock Addiction (Rock Kiss, #1)Rock Addiction by Nalini Singh
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I received this ebook from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Nalini Singh is one of my favorite authors so when Rock Addiction came up on Netgalley I knew I had to read it. I was not disappointed!

Molly Webster has tried to put the past behind her by living a very structured life away from the spotlight, because her childhood was marred by a hideous scandal that tore her family apart. Then Molly meets Zachary Fox, a tattooed rock star who is every girl's dream. Can she resist his offer for one amazing night knowing one will not be enough?

Molly has put her life back together after her terrible childhood. She has a very quiet life and likes it that way. It helps to keep the past from creeping back in. Fox has his own demons he tries to keep buried. His life as a rock star keeps him in the spotlight with the media always on his tail. When one night extends to one month, how can Molly possibly give him up? Fox has become an addiction she doesn't want to break. Can they overcome the fears that have haunted them? Nalini Singh is the master of a steamy romance novel whether it be Paranormal or Contemporary. I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

One Less Warlock by Judith Post

One Less Warlock by Judith Post My rating: 4 of 5 stars I think it's hard in a short story to create a unique setting, characters, etc., and still get some sort of story line in. In One Less Warlock, Judith did an excellent job of molding the story in such a way that we got a taste of a distinct world and character personalities, and a complete story to go with it. In this short story Judith was able to pack in witches, vampires, a sexy Were, succubus, voodoo, murder, and mystery, all in only about 20 pages. Pretty amazing. I enjoyed the story and Babet, the main character, and am looking forward to more of her in the future. View all my reviews
