Micah's Heart is the second book in the Witch Mountain series. This book is a contemporary, paranormal romance with some interesting twists and turns. Even though I read The Witch Within, the first book in this series, it is not a requirement.

Bre is a paranormal researcher. She comes to Witch Mountain for her great-grandmother's funeral. Bre is sad that she never had the chance to meet her great-grandmother, Cassie, and now it is too late. All Bre has is the mountain home Cassie has left her. Micah has lived with Cassie for ten years, so her death is a tremendous loss for him. Micah is instantly drawn to Bre despite his resentment that Bre was never there for Cassie. Will Micah help Bre uncover the mysteries of the mountain?

I always enjoy Judith Leger's books and this book was no exception. It was a pleasure coming back to Witch Mountain to unravel more secrets left hidden there. What will happen next? We will have to just wait and see.
