Crave the Night by Lara Adrian

Crave The Night (Midnight Breed, #12)Crave The Night by Lara Adrian
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

ARC provided via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I have enjoyed the Midnight Breed series through the years. When I saw Crave The Night on Netgalley, I had to request it. It is a little different having characters that you knew and loved as children in this series, now are all grown up. It adds a new dynamic, dare I say, a breath of fresh air with a touch of nostalgia to the series. If you are a fan of Lara Adrian's books and the Midnight Breed in particular, then you will enjoy this installment. If not, you should give it a try.

Nathan may be part of The Order now, but he was born and raised to be a trained assassin. Nathan endured a very torturous childhood, but he uses that experience to become a better warrior for the Order. Will Nathan be able to shed his scars he uses as a shield to block out all emotion? Jordana has only known a life of luxury as the adopted daughter of a prominent Breed business man until a chance meeting with Nathan. Now, after the electric kiss they shared he inhabits Jordana's every thought. Will that kiss spark a fire that neither Jordana nor Nathan can put out?

Lara Adrian has a way of bringing her characters and the story to life. Through her exquisite writing, we, as the readers, are enveloped by the characters and taken on the journey with them. What a journey it is! It is full of action, love, heartache and most of all passion. I enjoyed this read and look forward to the next book.
