I received this book from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Matt Dean, a genetically enhanced black-ops solider, has gone rogue along with his brothers. He is on a mission to find the doctor who implanted the ticking time bomb that will sever his spine in six weeks. Matt has followed the trail to Charmed, Idaho. Now, he will have his work cut out for him trying to flush out his target. Laney Jacobs is the distraction Matt doesn't need, but can't seem to do without. Laney is targeted by a serial killer and Matt becomes the prime suspect. How will Matt get out of this mess? Will he be able to save Laney? What about the mission?

Sweet Revenge is one of those adrenaline pumping, nail biting, action-packed reads that you will not want to put down. Matt is one tough, determined solider with a sensitive side, but that could be the very weakness his enemy uses against him. Laney has her own secrets she is running from but she is always willing to help others. Their chemistry definitely fogged up my glasses. I look forward to reading the next installment.
