I admit I'm drawn to books about dragons. Then you throw in the military and yes I'm hooked. This is an action-packed, full of suspense quick read.

Noah Easton, a Special Forces dragon shifter, encounters The Fox,a hoard thief who is determined to steal dragon hoard stones and their elemental powers, on a mission gone wrong. Noah escapes her torturous clutches but not before The Fox threatens everything he holds dear. He will do everything it takes to protect his wife, April, and his three daughters, but will it be enough in the end.

The author gives us a glimpse in this novella into the magickal world she has created full of dragons, mages, and other paranormal elements. From This Day Forward: Dragon Shifters of Derkesthai Academy has wet my appetite for more. I will be looking forward to the next installment.
