Colleen Coble is one of my favorite authors, so when I saw A Heart's Betrayal on Netgalley I knew I had to give it a try. I was not disappointed.

After the tragic death of her new husband, Emmie Croftner is trying to pick up the pieces of her shattered life only to be hit with another blow, her husband was legally married to another woman. What will she do? Emmie journeys out west to be with her friend, Sarah Montgomery, at Fort Laramie, Wyoming. Will this be the new beginning Emmie needs?

Emmie is a resilient woman who has had a hard life. She is willing to work hard for a better future. This is a quick read that will leave you wanting more. I look forward to reading the next installment.
